Dear Great Neck North High Blazer Community,
Welcome to the 2022-2023 academic year! We are excited to welcome our students, teachers, faculty, staff and parents back to a year that promises to be a great one! After a few unique and trying years, we can look forward to school returning to back to normal in all the ways that matter.
We, the NHS PTO, are here to support all of our students, their families and the entire North High community. We encourage parents/guardians to utilize the school website to learn more about a topic of interest, reach out to teachers with personal questions about your child, ask questions when we hold Roundtable meetings, communicate with Guidance, Deans, the Administrators and of course with us your PTO @ email@example.com with any questions that you may have.
PLEASE NOTE: We function entirely on the dues donated by our parent body and we use the funds to support our children, For example, last year the PTO purchased bike racks for our students, and in previous years, iPad stands, picnic tables and more.
Therefore, if you are able, please consider paying your PTO dues for this 2022-2023 school year of $30 (per family). We assure you that we will prioritize allocating our funds towards those endeavors that will help our students function in a “post covid” environment, whether it be making purchases or supporting our hosted events that benefit our students.

Important Notice: Due to a new protocol adapted by our school district, this year all parents/guardians will be required to opt-in to receiving emails from the PTO. We are collecting email addresses with a google form. We ask that you kindly fill out one form per child in order to agree to receive our emails containing important notices, reminders, dates and information about your child's school.
